About

Welcome to Naela’s Mediterranean Market — or as our customers lovingly call it, Naela’s Kitchen.

What started as a family dream has grown into something truly special. Back in 2008, my mom began selling her homemade Mediterranean dishes at local farmers' markets, driven by a passion not just for food, but for giving back. Her goal was to support the Al Amani Foundation, a non-profit in our hometown of Anjara, Jordan — and that mission still guides us today.

Over the years, what began as a small stand has turned into a vibrant presence across multiple markets throughout Long Island and parts of New York City. But for us, it’s never just been about the food.

Our favorite part? The people. We’re honored to serve diverse communities and connect with folks from every walk of life. We cook from the heart, share stories, and live by a simple but powerful rule from my mom:
“Never let anyone leave hungry.”

This isn’t just a market — it’s a place where culture, conversation, and community come together.
And as I like to say:

“It’s what we do best.”
