Where can I pick up my order?

Local pickup is available in Hauppauge, New York. You will receive a notification when your order is ready. For pickup arrangements, call (516) 547-2175.

What are your business and pickup hours?

Monday–Friday: By appointment.

Saturday–Sunday: Catering, farmers markets, and scheduled pickups.

Please arrange your pickup time with Chef Naela and wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before coming.

How much preparation time should I allow?

Fresh food is prepared to order. Please allow up to 24 hours for preparation. Same-day pickup or delivery may be available by request; call (516) 547-2175 before placing a same-day order. Contact Chef Naela in advance for catering availability.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes. Delivery is available throughout Long Island. A $20 delivery fee applies to long-distance orders. To arrange delivery, call (516) 547-2175.

Which products can be shipped nationwide?

Select shelf-stable items can be shipped throughout the United States. Fresh prepared foods are for local pickup or delivery. Nationwide orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with estimated delivery in 3–5 business days depending on location. You will receive tracking information after shipment.
